REFIT®Ladies fitness.

 

Our 2018 Spring classes of REFIT® will began the week of January 8 with classes on Monday and Thursday mornings at 8:30-9:30 am. Classes will NOT be held during Spring Break or on days that school is out.  Judy Taylor will be the instructor on Monday mornings and Liz Pilcher will teach the Thursday morning classes. Evening classes have been cancelled until futher notice.  Childcare is provided at the  morning classes. Because we believe in REFIT® as a fitness community, there is no charge for our classes or childcare. Our vision is to create a fitness experience that changes people from the inside out, and this vision is accomplished by focusing on the heart as a muscle AND a soul. People don’t have to get fit in order to be fit at REFIT® –our workouts are designed for every body.  Each person who joins our community will be welcomed into a fitness family regardless of age, shape, size or ability.
